Quitting Ideal Protein will not get me what I want! My Bucket List!


Summer has been crazy! 

I'm restarting the diet on October 4th and hopefully I will have learned something from all the damage I've done by quitting for a month and a half. 

I have gained back almost 50 pounds by quitting and not completing the other phases. This was done by pretty much eating whatever I wanted. At times I would just eat Magnum Ice Cream Bars and go through 2 boxes in less than 24 hours. I was out of control because I had it in my head that I was only off the diet for a limited amount of time so in the small amount of time I needed to eat everything.

And I did. 

But today is different. I am ready to take control of my own life. There are things I need to fix in my life in order to be who I want to be and live how I want to live. I started to put together a Bucket List and I am determined to complete all of the items. But the big one is I don't want to be fat when I turn 30 (less than 3 years). 

Among the things I want to do when I feel comfortable with my body. 

1. Zip Line, in an awesomely cool exotic location. How cool would that be. 
2. Go Karts. Love them but I get anxiety thinking about fitting in the seat. I don't know why exactly. 
3. Theme Parks/Roller Coasters, same thing about fitting in the seat comfortably.
4. No Seatbelt Extensions: pretty much applies to airplanes.
5. Go Para-sailing in Paradise, pretty sure there is a weight limit for this one.
6. Try Price is Right Again: I've gone to a taping of the show before, but feel like I might have a better chance if I was smaller. That’s television for you, and I know everyone has not been skinny minny who has been picked for that show.
7. Go to another Show: Ellen, it just looks fun!
8. Go Horse Back Riding: Requires a lot of leg power for the lift and a** in the saddle. I just want to be comfortable.
9. Ride a Bike again: Trust me there is a way to forget how to ride a bike. It might have been the bike I was trying to ride, but I would like to bike to work.
10. Swimming with Dolphins, sounds like fun.
11. Rock Climbing (Real/Fake):
12. Hot Air Balloon Rides: 11 and 12 Sound like fun too..
13. Try out or apply for a Reality Show: I’m a fan of the Amazing Race, Big Brother.
14. Float down the lazy river on a tube!
15. Get a new skinny wardrobe, There are so many different Fall things I want to buy, and don’t want to hunt for the skinny version.

I’m getting ready to go shopping so I can start the diet again! Today is day one and my first goal is to get under 300 again. That’s 18 pounds!! Wish me luck!!
