Ideal Protein Diet

I'm back.

And the diet is going well. I think my biggest issue (besides not quite being ready to change my lifestyle) was my schedule.

I live in Seattle and housing prices are expensive. I also work at a hospital, which I love. My goal is to be a Social Worker at said Hospital, but I'm still working on that goal.

So lets catch up. I still work at my Ideal Protein Clinic putting together the progress pictures about 1 day a week. In addition to my admin job at the clinic I also work at my regular job at the hospital 3 to 4 times a week. I also secured a job as an On/Call Social Worker. This job is giving me the experience I need to become a full Social Worker. I wont have to do odd jobs just to make ends meet forever, its looking up.

One of the big things that helped me get back on the diet is "consistency." Even thought I have an on/call job I now have a consistent day schedule and that helps with arranging my sleep schedule and my food. If you are going to do this diet you really need to have a consistent schedule. It makes all the difference.

I have committed to this diet and am now looking at it as short term. I just need to get the weight off, and if I stop F'in around I can do it quickly and stop working myself into the ground.

I am also watching a TV show and one of the people on the show just said "no one is laying on their death bed and says I wish I worked another day." He is right. In the end you can't take it with you. I hope all of you reading this (if any, lol) find it helpful..

Make Good Choices,

Lindy Bell
